The Rhino fence tester is used to find if there are faults in the electric fence. The Rhino fence tester is used by placing the measuring rod is placed into the ground. There are 8 light voltage readings you can get from the fence on the tester and rated from poor to very good. Neon lights shows voltage from 2kv to 12kv.
