Levafas diamond should be administered using a suitable drench gun. Care should be taken when treating heavily pregnant animals or animals under stress from adverse weather conditions, poor nutrition, penning, handling, etc. Levafas Diamond Fluke and Worm Drench is not effective against Type II Ostertagiasis (winter scours) in cattle. Shake well before use. Always read the label.
Withdrawal: Meat and Offal: Cattle - 28 days
Sheep - 10 days
Milk: Not for use in animals producing milk for
human consumption.
Signs of liver fluke and worms in cattle:
- Weight loss
- Rough coats – which can become paler in some breeds
- Poor milk production
- Anaemia
- “Bottle jaw” – soft swelling of tissues underneath the jaw
- Chronic diarrhoea
